STAR MUM: Sarah Jessica Parker describes being a working mother as "a heroic endeavour".

If you like the idea of unwinding with a book this holiday season, then enter our draw to win a copy of I Don't Know How She Does It, the best-selling novel by Allison Pearson.

The novel follows the day-to-day life of busy investment banker and mum, Kate Reddy and her struggles to balance her stressful worklife with an equally demanding home life.

If you miss out on the book, you can catch the movie based on it and starring Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker, screening on Sky Movies next Wednesday, December 19 at 8.30pm.

How to enter

To enter the draw for the book just email us at editor@essentialmums.co.nz with I Don't Know How She Does It in the subject line and tell us the name of the best book you've read lately.
