Reports have surfaced claiming that singer Jessica Simpson is pregnant again - just seven months after giving birth to daughter Maxwell, her first child with fiance Eric Johnson.
"It definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again," a source told Us Weekly. "She really is overjoyed!"
Simpson has recently lost approximately 30kg through a $4 million partnership with Weight Watchers. She has previously spoken about her difficulties losing the weight, saying, "I thought my doctors were telling me that it was just a lot of water and whenever my water broke my whole entire stomach would go down, but that did not happen. All the weight did not come out with the baby."
Whether this pregnancy will jeopardise the weight loss contract is unknown.
Stephanie Schulman, Weight Watchers' public relations manager, told E! News Wednesday, "We do not disclose financial details about our relationships with any of our ambassadors ... Any questions related to Jessica's personal life can only be answered by her team."
Simpson has yet refused to comment, and has not made a public statement since sharing a Thanksgiving card on Twitter a week ago.
The singer's last pregnancy was termed 'the longest celebrity pregnancy ever' by gossip sites, and the star was known for talking about the intimate details of her pregnancy.
